Uncharted Waters Series Special Release Brewed in the classic Flemish Red style, Red Flag is brewed in small batches on our 15 Barrel Brewhouse. Each batch is aged in stainless and then moved to bourbon and red wine barrels for further maturing. The barrels are then hand selected and blended to create the most complex and seductive sour ale possible. Red Flag is the first sour offering in the Uncharted Waters series. Deep ruby in color, this barrel aged sour ale delights with sweet malt tones, complex fruit undertones, and a deliciously tart finish.
The original brewed Lambic. Letting this beer age for 1, 2 or 3 years and mixing those for fresh Lambic makes a Gueuze. A Gueuze is also bottle conditioned which gives it carbonation. The Lambic however is complete flat without bubbles. Available only in draught form. Girardin Oude Lambik: When enjoying, you should take in to consideration the character of the lambik. Presenting as higher in clarity and with little to no head formation, bombarding the palate with slightly lemon-grapefruit tang, tart, refreshing, naturally sour. Considered by many to be the finest lambic of all...the "Oude Lambik".

We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.

Insanity, 13.3% ABV, is made by aging our Blithering Idiot on oak. Aging imparts an additional level of complexity to an already intense malt profile by adding a combination of vanilla and oak notes.
This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!

When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.
Deep amber-colored and medium-bodied, we double dry-hopped this Red IPA with Azacca and Citra hops, imparting flavorful citrus notes and a firm bitterness that balances its rich, caramelly malt base, boasting a sweet malt character and snappy hop bite and finish.
A Festively Fresh Double IPA For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: “We don’t always have a filter, so why should our beer?” By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go un filtered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last.

Collaberge' is an Imperial Brut IPA with a full managerie of hop flavor and a dry finish. The beer is part of our tenth anniversary collaboration four pack - 10-4 Good Buddy - and was brewed with our friends at Austin Beerworks.
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
