CBS was born when we stumbled upon some bourbon barrels that had previously housed maple syrup. We opted to put the same base beer as KBS, an imperialized version of Breakfast Stout, in the maple barrels and, after one taste, we knew we had something special. This is our interpretation of a coastal Florida farmhouse ale and our base saison. Traditional in that its influenced by Belgian origins with spicy with complex aromatics yet quintessentially Vero Beach in that it is very tart and dry on the palate with a mild citrus fruitiness. Expect a crisp, mildly acidic finish that will benefit from elevated temperatures.
Roasted malt character and phenolic spice from the saison yeast strain form the base for 1801. Deep and rich locally roasted coffee from Subculture intensifies the roastiness and adds hints of dark fruit and sweet cream. 1801 is a clean, medium bodied ale which gives a refreshing take on the traditional coffee ale.

Aged? Many beers have a long maturation, but this one has only 24-36 months in oak barrels. Pale? This beer has an old gold to bronze color, rather than the burgundy more common in the breweries of West Flanders. This is the ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. This mother beer is rather sour with a bite like the best Brut Champagnes. A connoisseur’s delight! The only one of its kind on the U.S. market.

Brewed with drinkability and refreshment high in our minds. Simple, clean, easy-to-have more than one. Dry and crisp with mild yeasty citrus notes. More hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that hops play off equally with malt and citrus. Intentionally not heavy or complex.
This regional speciality beer is different from other brown beers to be found in and around Oudenaarde. For instance, the malt used when crafting Adriaen Brouwer is oasted for a slightly longer period – and at a higher temperature – giving this beer its darker, distinctive colour. It is brewed using the hard spring-water of the Flemish Ardennes, the geographical region where the brewery is located. In addition, the Roman brewing process introduces a pure yeast, whereas other breweries in the area rely on the spontaneous fermentation caused by wild yeasts. Another difference is that the brewer doesn't blend young beer with an older brew. Such practices are common for the sour beer-style known as 'oud bruin' or 'old brown'. The resulting Oudenaards bruin is a top-fermented beer with a pleasant taste, that only verges on the sour. The aromas of roast and burnt malt are very noticeable, as are the impressions of hops and caramel. The initial taste is as soft as butter, followed by a bitter aroma with hints of fruit and a touch of sourness, all ending with a slightly bitter finish.

We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Its mesmerizing citrus flavors and aromas, accented by notes of charred oak, vanilla, and caramelized sugar, give way to a palate dominating hop finish balanced by smoky, bourbon character and a warming 13.1% ABV. #DamnedTasty

When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Without a doubt, pils (also called ‘pilsner’) is Germany’s favourite style of beer. Fans of this style of brewing enjoy the dry, bitter flavour and light colour that is typical of the beers it produces. The name originates from the Bohemian town of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, where it was first produced in 1842, and we’ve been brewing this style of beer to perfection here in Bitburg since 1883. We lay claim to using the term "Pilsener" for the first time in Germany, way back in 1883, and pioneering pilsner as an official designated beer style in Germany. And over the years it’s grown quite popular – we’re incredibly proud that Bitburger Premium Pils is the most poured premium pilsner in bars across Germany! Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.
While most lagers give away most of their taste profile in the front of the mouth, Pilsner Urquell only hints at its flavour there. Fresh, which is Civil Society's flagship IPA, is brewed with Amarillo, Columbus and Citra hops. Like a true NEIPA (New England IPA) it is purposely hazy or cloudy, which will give this beer a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
