Smoke Stack Series Special Release: Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks.

Artist Series Limited Release Subtly sour and a little sweet, this ale is a refreshing take on a nearly extinct German style, gose. Watermelon is the highlight of this lightly-hopped treat and gives it a hint of satisfying juiciness. The soft mouthfeel and dry finish comes courtesy of the addition of sea salt, a traditional gose ingredient.
Our session sour quencher brewed with lime peel, black limes & sea salt. It’s a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer blissfully brewed into one. We begin by brewing a straightforward Kolsch with lots of wheat and Munich Malt, then we brew a salty Gose with black limes, coriander and our sea salt. We follow it all up with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice and lime peel. All three beers are then blended together in the fermentation tank to create this German hybrid. In 2017, Men’s Health named it the ‘Best Low-Cal Beer!’
Pale Sour is a 6.9% ABV mixed fermentation sour beer developed by our brewmaster Phil Leinhart, and the master blenders at our sister brewery, Liefmans, in Oudenaarde, Belgium. Pale Sour begins with a mixed culture fermentation in open copper vats. Aged over several months in stainless tanks, master blenders blend new batches with older ones until the optimal balance of flavors is reached. A beer that drinks much like a fine white wine, Pale Sour pours a bright golden hue with a brilliant white head. The flavor is an elegant interplay of sweet and sour and the mouthfeel is soft with a delicate body and clean finish.
Goodness Series Special Release - Berliner-style Wheat Ale with Key Lime Juice, Cinnamon, and Vanilla Conch Life - In Florida, every hot summer night demands a cold slice of pie. Our answer is Key Lime Pie Tart: a lightly soured ale brewed with real key lime juice, sticky vanilla, cinnamon, and bready wheat malt. It's a refreshing treat as memorable as an evening in Key West. This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!

OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. When done right, adding orange or grapefruit or tangerine can contribute a deeper level of delicious complexity to the beer. In this case, peach was the perfect complement to enhance the substantial bill of hops in this double IPA. May its reign last more than a few terms.
Q: What happens when you accidentally filter a beer that was designated to be unfiltered? A: An Uh-Oh becomes an Un-Un. The Stone Enjoy By 07.04.18 Unfiltered IPA that came out of our Richmond brewery was, well, filtered. Of course it's still super delicious and incredibly fresh. But it's the filtered version of the beer. Or call it "Stone Enjoy By 07.04.18 Un-Unfiltered IPA" if you will . The original plan..... Independently brewed to be enjoyed fresh. For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: “We don’t always have a filter, so why should our beer?” By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go un filtered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last.

The White Walker, An amazing, hop forward IPA with a very subtle bready malt profile showcases the Simcoe, Cascade, and CTZ hops used in the beer...the Black Walker is a little more bitter and has little more strength. Don't be afraid, the Black Walker has depth and needs to be enjoyed.

The latest dispatches arriving from Sir Winston Sheffield’s Congo expedition may be the work of a fevered brain. In shaky handwriting on smudged and blackened pages Sheffield claims to have finally sighted the infamous cryptid, Coppertail - on dry land no less - only to suffer some strange misfortune as he raised his Willougby Mark 11 into firing position. “Snakes! My firearm was infested with them. Elephants, zebras, Hyenas – every manner of wild beast swarmed upon me each time I took aim at my quarry.
