Featuring incredible depth of malt flavor, rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal is a massive malt-forward monster. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish.
Double Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Stout The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.
Stone Spotlight: Imperial Mutt Brown Ale COLLABORATORS: Stone Brewing: Drew Neldon, Brewing Supervisor & Steve Via, Brewer Stone brewers Drew Neldon and Steve Via won this year’s annual in-house Stone Spotlight Series brewing competition with this hefty brown ale—an impressive result considering that one of them had never encountered a brown ale he liked before tasting this one. Given layers of flavor from Vienna, Victory and Chocolate Wheat malts, and warming, refined sweetness from Honey Malt and turbinado sugar, it’s a rich and soothing beer brewed with respect to traditional English methods and New World innovation. The British-American bulldog of the craft beer world? Perhaps. Best in Show? Absolutely.
Let it Snow Porter with Coconut and Coffee Last Snow Coconut & Coffee Porter is an ode to that special time in Florida where the needle dips just south of 75 - even for the briefest of moments. This rich, creamy porter is layered with coconut and freshly-roasted coffee for a taste that recalls a winter wonderland - even if, in our state, that's just a state of mind.
Rich enough to warm you up in winter, but smooth and refreshing enough to quench your thirst, Oats In Hose is our winter seasonal beer. This beer is a fun interpretation of a creamy oatmeal stout, and is reminiscent of your grandmother’s oatmeal cookies. The comfortable, but full mouthfeel comes from over 50 pounds of oats we use in the brewing process to balance out the roasted, smokiness of a traditional stout. Keep and serve cold as hail.
Aroma of fresh apple pie. Taste is just like an apple pie with cinnamon, pie crust and nutmeg. Gold pour, light head. Sweet and well balanced.

Not another boring summer wheat beer or lemonade shandy—Rübæus is Founders’ way to celebrate the season’s warmest months. Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries added at multiple stages during fermentation, this stunning berry red masterpiece is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. No question about it, this beer is 100% Founders.
Easy drinking ale with fresh strawberry juice added at the end of secondary fermentation. We sourced the strawberries from Plant City, Florida and juiced them in house to add just enough strawberry flavor to an already delicious blonde ale.
Brewed with drinkability and refreshment high in our minds. Simple, clean, easy-to-have more than one. Dry and crisp with mild yeasty citrus notes. More hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that hops play off equally with malt and citrus. Intentionally not heavy or complex.
America's First Trappist Beer Our recipe was inspired by the traditional refectory ales known as patersbier (“fathers’ beer” in Flemish) in Belgium. These sessionable beers are brewed by the monks for their dinner table and are typically only available at the monastery. Spencer is a full-bodied, golden-hued ale with fruity accents, a dry finish and light hop bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving live yeast that naturally carbonates the beer in the bottle and keg and contributes to the beer flavor and aroma.
Our take on the Trippel style originally brewed by monks in Belgium features fruity / funky notes from the traditional Belgian yeast paired with a sacrilegious American hop character.
Brewed with 17 lbs. of yams per barrel (in other words, a lot of yams!), this autumn seasonal is a different take on the “pumpkin” beer style. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, maple syrup, and fermentation with our traditional Belgian yeast strain, make this bold and spicy beer perfect for a cold autumn evening.
Aged? Many beers have a long maturation, but this one has only 24-36 months in oak barrels. Pale? This beer has an old gold to bronze color, rather than the burgundy more common in the breweries of West Flanders. This is the ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. This mother beer is rather sour with a bite like the best Brut Champagnes. A connoisseur’s delight! The only one of its kind on the U.S. market.
Spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and ginger, Funky Pumpkin is a blend of brewhouse soured beer and beer aged in a stainless steel tank with brettanomyces. Tart and slightly earthy, Funky Pumpkin features a subtle toffee/caramel malt character that allows pumpkin pie spices to shine against a soft acidity.
Brewed in celebration of Uinta Brewing's 23rd Anniversary, this American Sour Ale bares a lambic malt base and Belgian yeast character. Raspberries intermingle adding sweet fruit aroma and au-naturale earthiness to this frisky, tart birthday ale.
ALE BREWED WITH SPICES AGED IN RED WINE BARRELS WITH BOYSENBERRY Natura Morta Boysenberry is a dewy-fresh, sweet, tart twist on our Belgian Saison. This spiced ale offers earthy notes of fresh-pressed boysenberry puree and apple blossom with a smooth oak presence throughout. The Brettanomyces add a funky and slightly wild zest before balancing out to a smooth finish by earthy tannins from cellar aging.
This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!
An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree," and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.
Brewed in the spirit of All Hallows Eve, a time of the year when spirits can make contact with the physical world and when magic is most potent. As the first drops touch your tongue a magical spell will bewitch your taste buds making it difficult to escape the Pumking.
Meaning Bad Weather in French, Big Storm’s Mauvais was inspired by the ale farmworkers drank throughout the French speaking region of Belgium. The low malt aroma balances the fruity-ester aromas and the medium hop bitterness. The complexity of this dry, pale beer contributes to the signature character of a Belgian Saison. Keep and serve cold as hail.
This is our firstborn brew, whose accidental discovery started our story in 2003. Its originality also lies in its singular taste – notes of biscuity malt and vanilla swirling within a creamy, mellow character. A pioneering beer, its flavour finds favour with brewing juries, blind tasting panels and barflies alike.
Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. With a little creative curiosity, we used spent bourbon casks, fresh from decanting, and filled them with our very own Kentucky Ale. From barrels that once held the finest bourbons of Kentucky, we present Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, a smooth, golden elixir unlike any other. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrel. We attribute this to what the bourbon maker calls the “angel’s share”. Elegantly smooth and modestly carbonated, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is a fine sipping ale with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted Kentucky bourbon.
A tart brown ale aged on cherries. Ommegang Rosetta pays homage to time-honored Belgian methods of aging and blending fruit beers. Ommegang brewmaster Phil Leinhart partnered with Belgian sister brewery, Liefmans - legendary brewers in the world of sour fruit beers - to create a truly unique blend for Ommegang and U.S. craft beer lovers. Pouring a mahogany-brown with a hint of red, Rosetta offers elegance, depth, complexity, and an intriguing interplay of tartness and sweetness. This is derived from Phil's perfectly balanced blend of Oud Bruin (a tart Flemish brown ale) with Cuvee Brut (a fruity and lively Kriek Beer.
The History of Framboise Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader. Low in alcohol and refreshingly tart, Berliner Weisse is a traditional wheat sour from Berlin. The tartness compliments the light and effervescent wheat beer for a refreshing experience.
Our Berliner Weisse is a light-bodied, super tart, refreshing wheat ale. We kettle-soured this beer with lactobacillus (a "friendly" strain of bacteria that is also commonly used as a probiotic). The grain bill consists of equal parts pearl malt, wheat and spelt. The hop bill consists of a modest measure of Mandarina Bavaria hops. Inspired by a centuries old German tradition, we prepared flavored syrups to balance out the tartness and provide an extra layer of flavor and complexity. However, instead of using the traditional woodruff-flavored and raspberry syrups preferred in Germany, our syrup is made in-house from locally sourced ingredients... -Ruby Red Grapefruit: Made with Ruby Red grapefruit juice and zest (sourced from Schacht Groves) and sugar.

Our Rod Bender Red is an American style amber ale which is characterized by medium to high malt character and medium to low caramel flavor. American amber ales have a medium bitterness derived from American grown hops. They are usually darker in color which comes from the addition of darker caramel malts and typically have more body than pale ales.
Dark and luxurious like a midnight dip in the warm gulf waters off St. Pete Beach. Rich and Roasty with a hint of chocolate. Both this porter, and a night swim, are best enjoyed with a friend.
You're not worthy! This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—may something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beer will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make a beer taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.
This special release was first introduced at the brewery only on National IPA Day. It takes the powerful Cat 5 IPA and adds the delicious twist of grapefruit to it! Enjoy this beer quick before the storm passes and you miss out. Cat 5 - The most powerful IPA in the Due South Category series, the Cat 5 is big on hops and big on flavor. Clocking in at 8.5% ABV and 96 IBU’s, the first bands of malts will make way for the surge of hops on the palate. Designed for the true hophead, this is not a beer for the faint of heart.
