Our session sour quencher brewed with lime peel, black limes & sea salt. It’s a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer blissfully brewed into one. We begin by brewing a straightforward Kolsch with lots of wheat and Munich Malt, then we brew a salty Gose with black limes, coriander and our sea salt. We follow it all up with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice and lime peel. All three beers are then blended together in the fermentation tank to create this German hybrid. In 2017, Men’s Health named it the ‘Best Low-Cal Beer!’
Served as a summertime quencher, Festina is delicately hopped and has a pale straw color. To soften the intense sourness, Berliner Weisse is traditionally served with a dash of essence of woodruff or raspberry syrup. A collaboration between Dogfish Head and Browerij De Brabandere - brewers of Petrus Sour Beers. Brewing Ambassador Bryan Selders traveled all the way to Belgium to brew Saison de Pale for Philly Loves Beer's annual Philly Beer Week! Saison de Pale is a Belgian Ale brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rye malts, and is balanced with Saaz hops. The Saison yeast gives forth peppery, herbal and bready aromas which carry through to the flavor. The Saison alone is soft and finishes dry and refreshing. 15% Petrus Aged Pale is blended in bringing a nice tension to the beer, making it gently tart and extra quenching. The beer remains unfiltered, which provides a medium body and smooth mouthfeel to the drinking experience.

Trigo - Hoppy Wheat Lager We’re strong believers that the only thing better than brewing beer is brewing beer with friends. We worked with our pals at Mahou San Miguel to bring the recipe for Trigo (Spanish for ‘wheat’) to life. They brought their lager-brewing expertise and we brought our hopping expertise. The result is a clean and crisp wheat lager with big, American-hopped aromatics. Salud!

Enjoy the 2018 release of So Fresh and So Green, Green, our annual fresh hop beer! This year’s Glacier hops were freshly picked by brewmaster Spike and driven down from Michigan by our friends at Hop Head Farms! Glacier hops give a light and pleasant, yet noticeable and satisfying bitterness, coupled with an herbal and citrusy aroma.
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
Double Dry Hopped 9% IIPA is by far the most hopped beer we have ever done. 5.6 lbs/bbl of mostly Galaxy and Citra with a touch of Amarillo and Simcoe.

This beer is a draft exclusive Brut IPA (a dry champagne-like beer style) called ‘Land, Sea, and Air’, a nod to the branches of the United States military. It was brewed with late additions of the 2018 Veterans Blend from Yakima Chief Hops. According to Yakima Chief, this hop blend is “hand-selected by a group of veteran-owned breweries from across the US, representing multiple branches of the US Armed Forces. The blend is comprised of five different Pacific Northwest-grown varieties, providing a beautiful mix of tropical, citrus, and herbal aromas.” Those five hops are Cashmere, Centennial, Ekuanot (HBC 366), Mosaic (HBC 369), and Simcoe (YCR 14).
