RaspBarista by Kasteel is a blend of the original Barista Chocolate Quad and St. Louis Framboise. The tartness of the raspberries (framboise) contrasts with bitter-dark chocolate notes in the beer. It also tones down the coffee aroma a touch. RaspBarista Chocolate Quad has an 11% ABV, with a surprisingly lighter body than most traditional quads. This beer alone can be the perfect end to a feast, but its lighter body makes it the perfect beer to pair with most decadent desserts. This beer is no longer being produced by the brewery.

Imperial Brett Saison - A saison, also often called a farmhouse ale, were originally brewed on actual farms. Using ingredients they had on hand—barley, rye, spelt, or anything else, really—farmers brewed their beer to be stored and drank in the hot summer months. For this release we add a little Brett, amped up the ABV and now we have a tart, exceptionally dry, highly carbonated, fruity glass of deliciousness.

A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well. Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day.
Brewed with drinkability and refreshment high in our minds. Simple, clean, easy-to-have more than one. Dry and crisp with mild yeasty citrus notes. More hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that hops play off equally with malt and citrus. Intentionally not heavy or complex.
The beer was brewed in tribute to Father Ferdinand Verbiest, from Pittem. Ferdinand Verbiest was a Flemish Jesuit, missionary and astronomer. This beer is a heavy, malty amber Quadrupel, full alcohol heat and bitter aftertaste.

We first began brewing Oakspire in 2018 as a special release around the Holidays and it has since become a fan favorite. In 2020, we're shaking things up with a take on the classic American cocktail - the Old Fashioned. Easily one of the most difficult beers we've ever produced, Oakspire features a custom-built, proprietary infusion method to pull the flavors from bourbon-steeped charred oak and marry with the sweet taste of orange and cherry, then finished with a dash of bitters.

OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.

Space Dust :: A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo. Space Dust is out of this world, with 62 IBU, and 8.2% ABV.
Fresh, which is Civil Society's flagship IPA, is brewed with Amarillo, Columbus and Citra hops. Like a true NEIPA (New England IPA) it is purposely hazy or cloudy, which will give this beer a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
