Limited Edition Collaboration We’ve collaborated for the first time with Tullamore D.E.W., bringing together the very best of Scots and Irish craftsmanship to launch Kindred Spirits. Together we have brewed a Scottish Stout and then aged it using Tullamore’s D.E.W.'s legendary triple distilled barrels creating a rich flavour packed beer with notes of dark chocolate and coffee alongside delicious hints of vanilla and oak. And the barrel ageing means that the aftertaste is smooth, seductive and long.
Cellar Aged 2015 Special Release Drew Curtis / Wil Wheaton / Greg Koch Stone Farking Wheaton w00tstout This barrel-aged palate-saver has been a favorite among our fans—and us—since its inception in 2013. Pecans, wheat, flaked rye and bourbon-soaked barrels provide this whopping, complex superhero version of an imperial stout with a profound complexity that makes it ideal for cellaring—if you can wait that long. Now, we can’t say this beer bestows jedi powers, exactly, but your taste buds may just be fooled into believing as much.
Rickhouse Series No. 8 Tequila Mole Stout Brewed with chocolate, cinnamon, and a touch of habanero peppers and aged it in a fresh tequila barrel.

This rich, creamy porter is layered with coconut and freshly-roasted coffee for a taste that recalls a winter wonderland - even if, in our state, that's just a state of mind.
Goodness Series Small Batch Series Cocoa Cowboy - Milk Porter with Cacao Nibs and Vanilla This is the finest, purest black. Cocoa straight from the source: the rugged mountains of Brazil, where chocolate is life. We smuggled these beans back to our brewhouse, where they were blended with creamy milk porter and fragrant Madagascar vanilla beans. Get cocoa'd up.
Very simple and classic tones of ripe Washington State red apple, medium dry with crisp acid. Golden in color yet light, crisp, and refreshing.

Naturally fermented using 100% pear juice, not from pear juice concentrate, or flavored hard apple cider. Filtered cold for extra purity, with no added colorants, sugar, sorbate or benzoate preservatives. No added malt, spirit, grape or apple alcohols.
Apples are pretty great primarily because you can use apples to make apple pie and apple cider. But why just one or the other? Have your pie and drink it too! All the flavors and aroma of fresh apple pie: cinnamon, vanilla, a hint of baked pie crust and of course apples.
PROCESS & TASTE: Original Sin Dry Rosé has a refreshing nose, is well balanced with a tart finish. This cider is made with freshly pressed New York apples. DESCRIPTION: The blush-colored and slightly sweeter juice of rosé cider comes from adding adding grape skin extract to the cidermaking process.
Hard Cider with Cherry & Honey added. -- It all starts with a deep pink and clear appearance with a light, lacy head that quickly dissipates. Then a crisp, clean apple cider, round, ripe tart cherry flavor to follow. It's the tart cherry sweetness up front with full, yet crisp fermented cider. Heavy apple skin compliments the cherry. Sweet, creamy honey rounds the flavor and balances the tartness of the cherry. Light carbonation lifts the flavor while the honey smooths the overall mouthfeel. Finishes crisp and clean.
This bold, imperial brown ale gets its body from a team of malts including Caramel malt for sweetness, flaked barley for dense foam, a bit of Chocolate malt for its deep color and Aromatic and Munich malts to add even more depth. German and Perle hops add a touch of bitterness to balance the malty sweetness. The addition of rich Sumatra coffee takes this perfectly balanced imperial brown ale to a decadent level.
I'm a Cream Ale brewed in Ireland. Unique due to its rich creamy head, the brand delivers a smooth flavourful taste and has 50% less carbonation than regular beers. It tastes smoother, but still retains the full flavoured characteristics of an imported ale.

SUPER SMOOTH WITH SOFT ROASTINESS AND MOCHA FLAVORS. Taking America Back. Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness.
Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.
Lindemans Strawberry - When the most noble of fruits meets the most magical of beers. Lindemans Strawberry is the first new fruited lambic in over a decade. Choosing strawberry, one of the most noble of fruits, was easy: the complex sweetness of the fruit matches perfectly with the sourness of lambic, resulting in a unique balanced marriage of sweet and sour. The recipe was developed specifically for the ever-developing tastes in the US market. Rosy hue, with a beautiful aroma of perfectly ripened strawberries. Shows complex, captivating flavors; delicate sweetness is balanced by traditional lambic tartness in the finish.
Part of The Sour Sisters Vintage Ales Series and are all aged in Wine Barrels. Madame Rose - Belgian Brown with Cherry Madame Rose is a crimson colored Belgian style brown ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on cherries in wine barrels. Layers of malty complexity, sour cherry, spice and wood notes make Madame Rose an ideal beer to suggest to Bordeaux enthusiasts and beer drinkers fond of Belgian Kriek and Flanders Brown Ales.
Part of The Sour Sisters Vintage Ales Series and are all aged in Wine Barrels. Halia - Belgian Farmhouse with Peaches Halia is a farmhouse ale aged in wine barrels with whole peaches, resulting in bright, effervescent fruit notes in a soft, hazy body that finishes slightly tart and sweet with the pleasant character of ripe, juicy peaches. Literally meaning “remembrance of a loved one” in Hawaiian, Halia was brewed in memory of the dear friend of one of our brewers who loved peaches.
A soured ale with strawberries, lemons, and limes. Strawberry nose, sour bite, floral finish. 100% of the proceeds from this beer were donated to help those involved with the Orlando Pulse shooting.
Sour Brett Tripel Sour Monkey puts a tastefully tart twist on our Golden Monkey’s sweet, fruity essence. A sharp, citrus-laden tang makes this brew a Monkey all its own! Aroma is very varied with lemon, sour, and mild brettanomyces notes. Flavor follows with a tart acidity. Not dry as it finishes with a malty grain flavor.
Limited Release Imperial Sour Ale The brewery is located just a short drive over the Chautauqua Ridge from Lake Erie, arguably the most ideal Concord grape growing region in the world. So, it made sense for us to brew a beer with the juice of these classic grapes. The finished beer is a slightly cloudy, deep reddish purple color with a persistent white head, and durable lacing thanks to a large portion of wheat in the grist. The nose is defined by equal parts bright lactic acidity and grape aroma with a hint of coriander. On the palate, the strong lacto acidity is balanced by the natural sweetness of the Concord grapes.
Little Buddha Small Batch Release - Red Ale with Raspberries and Habanero We Spit Hot Fire - Pull the pin, count to four, and get ready to feel an explosion of sweet raspberry and spicy habanero flavor. No need to worry about collateral damage or capsaicin shrapnel since this red ale has just enough malt body to strike a balance between fruity, sweet, and spicy. Making it the jam to your jelly, baby.
Brewed with drinkability and refreshment high in our minds. Simple, clean, easy-to-have more than one. Dry and crisp with mild yeasty citrus notes. More hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that hops play off equally with malt and citrus. Intentionally not heavy or complex.
A collaboration with Blackberry Farm Brewery and Cigar City Brewing. This beer “traces its origins back over 20-years to a friendship that began in a small brewpub in lower Alabama where Roy Milner (Blackberry Farm) and Wayne Wambles (Cigar City) first met.” Crafted from pilsner and honey malts, and featuring a blend of seven different hop varietals for balanced aroma, flavor, and bitterness.
Blaspemy in a glass Unholy. Our take on a traditional Belgian Style Trippel, but with American hops. Big, bold and dangerously drinkable. The Trippel style originally brewed by monks in Belgium features fruity / funky notes from the traditional Belgian yeast paired with a sacrilegious American hop character.
First Quadrupel in the world. - 25 years ago, The Koningshoeven brewery baptized her beloved Quadrupel under the approving glance of the monks. A closely guarded recipe became reality, and the first Quadrupel beer in the world was born. Warm amber-coloured with a crème-coloured head. Aroma has hints of cloves and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel. Smooth and light bitter aftertaste.
La Trappe and Brunswick Bierworkshas collaboration. Ora et Labora translates as “Pray and Work”, which is the creed of the Trappist Monks. The beer is a stern 7.5% ABV “New World Double Bock” and was brewed by La Trappe’s brouwmeester Lodewijk Swinkels alongside Brunswick Bierworks master brewer Christian Riemerschmid von der Heide. The collaboration weaves traditional krausen fermentation with a mighty maltbill and a unique blend of Opal, Loral, Mandarina Bavaria and Ontario Newport hops sourced from the Americas and Europe; bridging the two worlds of brewing. The recipe that Lodewijk and Christian have designed is “double bock” in strength. The ingredients and process with re-fermentation is like a wheat double bock – however the fermentation and yeast is like grand cru.
Award-winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust.
A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.
Limited Release - Barrel-Aged Rye Ale Why Rye? This assertively flavorful grain is more often associated with whiskey than with ales. Even in that arena, it has largely been eclipsed by corn and barley, the sources of bourbon and scotch. But when we procured some seasoned barrels from our friends at Templeton Rye, we asked ourselves, “Why not?” Why not brew a rich, tawny rye ale, then mellow it in the warmth of charred oak rye whiskey casks? Two kinds of malted rye provide spicy sweetness, giving way to notes of vanilla, charred oak and the citrusy tang of Citra and Styrian Golding hops before easing into a dry, lingering finish.

When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That’s the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume - twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.
While most lagers give away most of their taste profile in the front of the mouth, Pilsner Urquell only hints at its flavour there. Instead, it develops you in the middle, followed by a refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. It is called the "model of meter" among beers. All other pilsners are a better or worse attempt to copy the original - the first ever Pilsner Urquell. Its unparalleled exceptionality is guaranteed by the same recipe dating from 1842.
Classic German Kolsch. Delicately balanced golden ale brewed with German Noble hops.
You're not worthy! This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—may something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beer will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make a beer taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.
A refreshing Belgian wheat ale, very pale in color. Brewed with Florida oranges, coriander and white pepper. Like the Marlin it is named after, the Hefeweizen is light and nimble with its pilsner and pale malt profile, traditional German hops, and yeast from the oldest brewery in the world. Prost.
SUNTAN FOR YOUR SOUL Our unfiltered and refreshing German-style wheat beer is full on flavor yet light on the palate. Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while the all wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of a golden Florida sunset.
A well-balanced American amber, with a sneaky hop backbone. Spearfishing is a popular sport amongst locals, and a favorite target would be the delicious hogfish. Remember, kiss my wrasse!

Our pale ale brewed with Pennsylvania spruce tips. A spruce-infused pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel-suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the backcountry of north-central PA. Brewed in collaboration with family-run outdoor clothing company Woolrich, Pennsylvania Tuxedo is a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. We went into the forests of north-central Pennsylvania and Georgetown, Del., to pick these fresh tips ourselves. A dry yet doughy malt backbone lets the hops and spruce shine while still balancing out the bitterness, making this one an easy sipper.
Fresh, which is Civil Society's flagship IPA, is brewed with Amarillo, Columbus and Citra hops. Like a true NEIPA (New England IPA) it is purposely hazy or cloudy, which will give this beer a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
A bitter, moderately strong American IPA that uses its clean, supporting malt to showcase its hop character. IPA with Topaz, Ella, and Victoria’s Secret hops.
Special Release A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character. The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities.
Careful as you drink this big beautiful beer. Much like the beauty of the Florida Mangrove trees, once you have cast your line into it, you may never get it back. This Double IPA features an amazing balance of sweet malt and hop flavors with a touch of hop punch. Enjoy!
A pairing like this was bound to happen. Loral hops were released in 2016 and quickly became one of our brewers’ favorite varieties. It was highlighted in our single hop IPA series, Stone Hop Revolver IPA, and was the featured hop in the hugely popular Stone Ghost Hammer IPA. Then there’s Dr. Rudi, which has been around since 1976. Originally known as Super Alpha, this hop brings classic piney and herbal notes, which pairs it perfectly with the floral, citrusy aroma of Loral. A pairing like this was bound to happen. Some might even call it inevitable.
