  • Tap 20 - Fonta Flora FONTA Tart Ale

SEASONAL RELEASE - A Paloma-style Ale Brewed with Grapefruit [ tart and tangy! ] From the beginning, folks seemed to love pronouncing our name incorrectly. Thanks to the similarities with a popular soda company, to some, the difference in a vowel is just not quite enough. Additionally, there’s even a catchy phrase that folks love singing to (mostly at) us. Inspired by said beverage, FONTA is a tart wheat ale fermented with fresh grapefruit. Influenced by the paloma, which is one of our favorite summertime cocktails, we leaned hard into the fresh grapefruit and all of it’s citric acid to contribute a thirst-quenching acidity to this beer that will leave you quickly grabbing for more. A favorite seasonal offering in our portfolio, this beer represents everything we want to crush as the temperature warms up. You’re going to want a lot of this. You’re going to want to dust off that romper and crush a lot of this. Just trust us. Don’t you wanna?

  • Tap 28 - Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad

BARREL-AGED ALE - Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore.

  • Tap 35 - Bitburger Premium Pils

Without a doubt, pils (also called ‘pilsner’) is Germany’s favourite style of beer. Fans of this style of brewing enjoy the dry, bitter flavour and light colour that is typical of the beers it produces. The name originates from the Bohemian town of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, where it was first produced in 1842, and we’ve been brewing this style of beer to perfection here in Bitburg since 1883. We lay claim to using the term "Pilsener" for the first time in Germany, way back in 1883, and pioneering pilsner as an official designated beer style in Germany. And over the years it’s grown quite popular – we’re incredibly proud that Bitburger Premium Pils is the most poured premium pilsner in bars across Germany! Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.

Twice each year, these gentle giants swim past our doorstep here on the Mendocino Coast, affording us a priceless up-close look at spouts and flukes just beyond the surf, connecting us in an essential way to them and their epic voyage. Laguna Baja refers collectively to the termini of the whales’ southern migration—the placid waters of Baja’s San Ignacio Lagoon, Ojo De Liebre Lagoon, and Magdalena Bay. Laguna Baja is a classically styled Vienna lager (in the Mexican mode), rich dark amber, with a malty aroma and a full, creamy body.

  • Tap 54 - SweetWater 420 Strain G13 IPA

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp-type flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
