Hard Cider with Cherry & Honey added. -- It all starts with a deep pink and clear appearance with a light, lacy head that quickly dissipates. Then a crisp, clean apple cider, round, ripe tart cherry flavor to follow. It's the tart cherry sweetness up front with full, yet crisp fermented cider. Heavy apple skin compliments the cherry. Sweet, creamy honey rounds the flavor and balances the tartness of the cherry. Light carbonation lifts the flavor while the honey smooths the overall mouthfeel. Finishes crisp and clean.

Draft Exclusive Our tart and refreshing homage to raspberries, Rubaeus, is softened up and rounded out with the infusion of nitrogen. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel gives the assertiveness of the raspberries a moment to linger on the tongue, bringing out a deeper, more complex richness to the beer. Brewed with pale wheat malt and crystal hops to allow the raspberries to shine.
Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.
The History of Framboise: Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader. Taste: Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean taste, with inviting raspberry supported by lambic complexity. Special Rarities Release Sixty One is Dogfish Head’s best-selling 60 Minute IPA plus one new ingredient: syrah grape must from California. Sixty One was born at the crossroads of serendipity, experimentation and brotherhood. Whenever Dogfish Head President Sam Calagione and his neighborhood friends gather for drinks, they give each other a big ol' man-hug and order a round of 60 Minute IPA. A few years ago, Sam also ordered a glass of his favorite red wine and poured a little into each pint of 60 Minute. They all dug the combination of fruity complexity and pungent hoppiness, and the blend became a beloved tradition.

First Quadrupel in the world. - 25 years ago, The Koningshoeven brewery baptized her beloved Quadrupel under the approving glance of the monks. A closely guarded recipe became reality, and the first Quadrupel beer in the world was born. Warm amber-coloured with a crème-coloured head. Aroma has hints of cloves and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel. Smooth and light bitter aftertaste.
The St.Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, the nec plus ultra of our brewery. Abbey ale brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excells because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.
A magical, mystical Monkey whose golden soul glows with the wisdom of the ages. This warming, flavored ale is rich in the spirited tradition of Belgian-inspired brewing. Our Golden Monkey is both playfully delightful and profoundly satisfying. Exotic spices from the East round out this global journey to joy. Get on board. This Monkey’s bound for glory! Strong and sensual, this golden Belgian-style ale glows with goodness. The richness of imported malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body. Brewed with drinkability and refreshment high in our minds. Simple, clean, easy-to-have more than one. Dry and crisp with mild yeasty citrus notes. More hops on the palate than in the nose. The beer is carefully balanced so that hops play off equally with malt and citrus. Intentionally not heavy or complex.
A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.
Award-winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust.
This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!
$7.95 - 10oz. Serving - SPECIAL GROWLER PRICING APPLIES The Holy Grail for hopheads. While most lagers give away most of their taste profile in the front of the mouth, Pilsner Urquell only hints at its flavour there. Instead, it develops you in the middle, followed by a refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. It is called the "model of meter" among beers. All other pilsners are a better or worse attempt to copy the original - the first ever Pilsner Urquell. Its unparalleled exceptionality is guaranteed by the same recipe dating from 1842.
This French-style country ale is deep amber in color. With a toasty, sweet caramel start, it finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appetit!
Belgian-style Wheat Saison - An age-old beer style that originated in the farmhouses of Belgium. Crisp, citrus-y and refreshing, La Finca Miami is the perfect companion on a hot day.
So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.
Hefeweissbier Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
Smooth medium bodied. Caramel aroma and flavors with minimal bitterness leaving it a crisp and clean beer.
Brown Shugga...How come you taste so good? Originally a failed attempt at our 1997 batch of Olde GnarlyWine Ale resulting in an all-new-beer-style we like to call... Irresponsible. We believe this Special Ale is something unique. Feeding brown cane sugar to otherwise cultured brewery yeast is a'kin to feeding raw shark to your gerbil. It is unlikely to ever occur in nature without human intervention. And it looks weird besides. But it has happened and now it's too late.
La Güera – “the blonde one” is light in color and low in bitterness at only 6 IBU. Made with organic munich malts and organic Liberty hops, this brew has a crisp finish reminiscent of a dry sparkling wine.
A medium bodied American style Pale Ale with a distinct citrusy, hoppy flavor. The secret? Our Pale Ale is hopped solely with the finest Organic Cascade hops.
Napoleon Complex is a small-statured pale ale with a larger-than-life attitude. Ignoring the industry standard of diminutive hop presence and mild manner, this pale ale will have most IPA’s contemplating their inadequacy. Little beer, big flavor, even bigger ego.
Ruthlessly Delicious - This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again. Now stop. Think again. And stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.
Draft Exclusive Serious hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet from the Amarillo dry hop, balances the malty richness of four varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts. Pours a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head. A generous addition of rye malt accentuates a spicy, crisp finish.
Special Limited Release A truly unique India Pale Ale, this iteration of our Jai Alai IPA boasts the addition of white oak spirals to impart sleek notes of vanilla, coconut and a touch of dill to Jai Alai’s bold citrus and caramel character. The oak also serves to temper the bitterness in the 70 IBU base beer while oak tannins elegantly dry the beer’s body to create a unique drinking experience that still remains true to Jai Alai’s unique qualities.
Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Double IPA
Is it an IPA disguised as a Kölsch or a Kölsch disguised as an IPA? On the surface, The Perfect Disguise looks like a straightforward Kölsch with a crisp Kölsch yeast and traditional German malts and hops … but things aren’t always what they seem. With a quick sniff and a slight sip, you’re greeted by a creamy mouthfeel and full body thanks to the addition of a unique German chit malt - the first hint that this beer may be somewhat different. Hiding deeper behind that German disguise is the double dry-hopping of an American Double IPA, with nearly 4 lbs. of German and American hops per barrel. It brings tropical flavors of citrus, tangerine, mango, gooseberries and peach.
Huma Lupa Licious’ name derives from the hop plant, Humulus lupulus. Brewed with five different hop varieties recognized for their citrus, floral, piney, and earthy qualities, Huma is known for having an intense bitterness that is balanced by a rich malty flavor. A citrus and floral aroma complements the unique qualities of Short’s flagship India Pale Ale. Huma Lupa Licious is truly a complex hop and malt theme park in your mouth.
A Totally Nebular IPA The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo.
A trophy beer that’s a testament to our homebrew roots. Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish.
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
Southeast IPA - Boasting an intense hoppy nose of citrus and tropical fruit, this drinkable IPA will satisfy your hop fix anytime of the day. Named after Key Biscayne’s Cape Florida lighthouse, better known to locals as “El Farito”.
We’ve made a hell of a lot of beers since 1996. Probably thousands at this point. Some stick around for decades, somefor a few years and some are brief visits, gracing us with their hoppy presence fora short time before becoming fond memories. Occasionally stars, planets and brewing schedules align and we bring back one of these ephemeral creations. In fallof 2014 we created a draft-only version of this delicious double India pale ale. Its bitter, zesty grapefruit peel infusion created a bright accent to flavors of pine resin and fresh citrus well in advance of the explosionof fruited beers we’re all reveling in atthe moment. We never stopped thinking about it, so a long five years later, we’re bringing back Stone Grapefruit Slam IPA for round two. It’s a link to the past planted delightfully in the present. #GrapefruitSlam
This beer is a collaboration between Red Cypress Brewery and our friends over at King State in Tampa. This double IPA was brewed with wheat and oats, and then dry-hopped with Simcoe and El Dorado. We also added cypress wood spirals into the fermenter to add another level of depth and complexity.
Cream Ale Brewed with Vanilla Beans A beer like no other. We took the idea of a cream ale, threw in massive amounts of caramel malts and topped it off with real, fresh vanilla beans. You must taste it to believe it.
Limited Release golden ale with passionfruit. Pours Gold with a light cream colored head. Light body with medium effervescence giving it a crisp finish. The passionfruit is light but is accompanied by other tropical fruits. Finish is dry with a residual fruit flavor that lingers for a few minutes.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.
Harvest Series Seasonal Release Juicy, ripe Louisiana strawberries, harvested at the peak of the season, give this crisp lager its strawberry flavor and aroma. Abita Strawberry is made with Pilsner and Wheat malts, Vanguard hops, and the finest Louisiana-grown strawberries resulting in a light gold lager with a subtle haze.
Shark Bait is a great all around wheat beer with maltiness and a smooth mango finish. This is the perfect beach beer! Shark Bait BREWHAHA!
A honey hibiscus kolsch made with local Keys honey and hibiscus. A light, refreshing, keezy breezy beer with sweetness from the honey and a slight tart fruitiness from the hibiscus. Kolsch is a traditional German-style beer hailing from Cologne, made using only barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German-style kolsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because the local iguanas' favorite meal is big beautiful hibiscus flowers.
