Tap 13 - NITRO - Old Speckled Hen English Pub Ale

This great British ale was first brewed in 1979 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the iconic MG car factory in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. A high proportion of Crystal malt in Old Speckled Hen provides the key toffee/caramel flavour. The yeast used to ferment the beer provides the other key character - estery or banana/pear drop. This estery note provides the fruity and refreshing balance. The hops used add a palate cleansing herbal note and very slight orange citrus. A very malty, full bodied and warming ale.

  • Tap 35 - Bitburger Premium Pils

Without a doubt, pils (also called ‘pilsner’) is Germany’s favourite style of beer. Fans of this style of brewing enjoy the dry, bitter flavour and light colour that is typical of the beers it produces. The name originates from the Bohemian town of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, where it was first produced in 1842, and we’ve been brewing this style of beer to perfection here in Bitburg since 1883. We lay claim to using the term "Pilsener" for the first time in Germany, way back in 1883, and pioneering pilsner as an official designated beer style in Germany. And over the years it’s grown quite popular – we’re incredibly proud that Bitburger Premium Pils is the most poured premium pilsner in bars across Germany! Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.

Tap 45 - Cigar City Florida Man Double IPA

The world needs heroes, and in our home state of Florida only a very special hero will do. A hero with a shark tooth around his neck, a Grim Reaper tattoo on his arm, and a rap sheet longer than his mama’s mustache. A hero who’s forgotten more about amateur taxidermy and alligator rasslin’ than you’ll ever know. What better way to pay tribute to our beloved Florida Man than with a big ol’ Double India Pale Ale brewed with a nearly-criminal amount of hops and a moderate bitterness that just about matches Florida Man’s general disposition. This hopped-up whopper of a beer is big in character and guaranteed to sear itself into your memory, just like “the world’s worst superhero,” Florida Man. A modern Double IPA with a tropical expression from the blend of American hops including Pacific Jade, Galaxy, Azacca, Lemon Drop and Simcoe is balanced by delicate peach esters from a unique Double IPA yeast and a dash of Canadian honey malt.

A stage dive into a mosh pit of hops. Brewed in 2012 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the first full-time brewed & bottled West Coast style Double IPA on the planet — Stone Ruination IPA. It was a thrill to pay homage to a beer already well known for its off-the-charts levels of bitter hoppiness by amping it up even further, and our brewers rose to that challenge. Now ten years later, fans are still clamoring for this beautifully bitter beer. So in honor of those who voted to bring this 10.8% monster back, may this ‘stage dive into a mosh pit of hops’ be every bit as gloriously ruinous as ever.

  • Tap 52 - Lagunitas A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin' IPA

A WAY SMOOTH AND SILKY IPA With a certain thing we call a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness, A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ is a truly unique style. Featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, it’s a hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans, but so smooth that hefeweizen fans dig it, too. We’ve watched with some amusement as the internet beer rating sites argues over how to ‘classify’ it. Wheat beer? Sure. Smooth IPA? You got it. Silky wheatly-esque-ish-ness? Definitely. We’re in the camp with Japhy Ryder when he declares to Ray Smith that “Comparisons are odious!” A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin IPA is 50% wheat, 50% malted Barley, and 100% delicious hoppiness. Hints of bubblegum, pineapple, light cedar & pine. Tons of tropical fruitiness with none of the fruit!

  • Tap 55 - Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA

Pernicious implies influence that is harmful in a way not easily noticed. This beer is harmful, not because of overwhelming hop bitterness, but because its balanced brightness insidiously ruins your expectations for all other IPAs. This hop delivery vehicle is crafted to enjoy fresh and often and because of its drinkability and clean finish you’ll never look at IPA the same again. The harm is done.

  • Tap 56 - SweetWater G13 IPA

420 Strain Series Release This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.

Tap 64 - Florida Keys Iguana Bait Honey Hibiscus Kölsch

A honey hibiscus kölsch made with local Keys honey and hibiscus. A light, refreshing, keezy breezy beer with sweetness from the honey and a slight tart fruitiness from the hibiscus. Kölsch is a traditional German-style beer hailing from Cologne, made using only barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German-style kölsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because the local iguanas' favorite meal is big beautiful hibiscus flowers.
