Beer on Tap

  • Tap 01 - Southern Tier Creme Brulee Imperial Stout

Blackwater Series Special Release - Dessert Beer brewed with vanilla beans. The British founders of burnt cream & Spanish founders of crema catalana both stand by their creative originality. We respect that, but it was the French crème brûlée that survived history. How would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; resilience & finesse. Aroma is front & center. Sweet, creamy & uncannily true to the namesake dessert. Contains lactose sugar.

Tap 14 - NITRO - New Belgium Oscar Worthy Coffee American Sour

We created this collaboration with our friends at Bean Cycle Roasters in Fort Collins, CO. We “dry-beaned” our NBB Love Oscar with 50 lbs of fresh roasted Castillo Colombian coffee beans. The bean and beer complement each other’s characteristics. Varying shades of deep garnet and mahogany in hue, this beer gives off a slight fire side glow. The coffee brings sweet caramels with tomato, lime, and cocoa to the aroma. Toasted oak and vanilla, plus some subtle earthy tones from the foeders give way to the history chapter of American-style sour beers that resides in your glass.

Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.

Aroma has hints of cloves and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel. • Tap 29 - Dogfish Head Burton Baton Oak Aged Imperial IPA

This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!

Ruthlessly Delicious - This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again. Now stop. Think again. And stop. But we digress. Tap 62 - Florida Keys Iguana Bait Honey Hibiscus Kolsch

A honey hibiscus kolsch made with local Keys honey and hibiscus. A light, refreshing, keezy breezy beer with sweetness from the honey and a slight tart fruitiness from the hibiscus. Kolsch is a traditional German-style beer hailing from Cologne, made using only barley, hops, water and yeast. We completely destroyed the purity law and complimented a German-style kolsch with honey and hibiscus. We named it Iguana Bait because the local iguanas' favorite meal is big beautiful hibiscus flowers.
