A gustatory tribute to an analog masterpiece. The Bitches is back, only this time we aged it our oak and Palo tanks! An off-centered twist on our classic Bitches Brew, Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is still the same bold, dark, Imperial Stout you know and love! Much like Jazz fusion, which blends different musical styles, our Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is a fusion of three threads of Imperial stout aged on oak and one thread of Tej - a native African honey beer - aged on Palo. The result is a roasty brew chock full of aromas of vanilla, licorice and chocolate, while you’ll find notes of sweet roast coffee with every sip.

Hard Cider with Cherry & Honey added. -- It all starts with a deep pink and clear appearance with a light, lacy head that quickly dissipates. Then a crisp, clean apple cider, round, ripe tart cherry flavor to follow. It's the tart cherry sweetness up front with full, yet crisp fermented cider. Heavy apple skin compliments the cherry. Sweet, creamy honey rounds the flavor and balances the tartness of the cherry. Light carbonation lifts the flavor while the honey smooths the overall mouthfeel. Finishes crisp and clean.

The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness.
Draft Exclusive Our tart and refreshing homage to raspberries, Rubaeus, is softened up and rounded out with the infusion of nitrogen. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel gives the assertiveness of the raspberries a moment to linger on the tongue, bringing out a deeper, more complex richness to the beer. Brewed with pale wheat malt and crystal hops to allow the raspberries to shine.
Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.
The History of Framboise: Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. Special Rarities Release Sixty One is Dogfish Head’s best-selling 60 Minute IPA plus one new ingredient: syrah grape must from California. Sixty One was born at the crossroads of serendipity, experimentation and brotherhood. Whenever Dogfish Head President Sam Calagione and his neighborhood friends gather for drinks, they give each other a big ol' man-hug and order a round of 60 Minute IPA. A few years ago, Sam also ordered a glass of his favorite red wine and poured a little into each pint of 60 Minute. They all dug the combination of fruity complexity and pungent hoppiness, and the blend became a beloved tradition.

Saison de Pale is a Belgian Ale brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rye malts, and is balanced with Saaz hops. The Saison yeast gives forth peppery, herbal and bready aromas which carry through to the flavor. The Saison alone is soft and finishes dry and refreshing. 15% Petrus Aged Pale is blended in bringing a nice tension to the beer, making it gently tart and extra quenching. The beer remains unfiltered, which provides a medium body and smooth mouthfeel to the drinking experience.
First Quadrupel in the world. - 25 years ago, The Koningshoeven brewery baptized her beloved Quadrupel under the approving glance of the monks. A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.
Award-winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to six weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries. This oak-aged hybrid has been gaining popularity over the past few years and is now available year-round. For Burton Baton, we brew two "threads," or batches, of beer: an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA. After fermenting the beers separately in our stainless tanks, they're transferred and blended together in one of our large oak tanks. Burton Baton sits on the wood for about a month. When enjoying the Burton Baton, you'll find an awesome blend of the citrus notes from Northwestern hops melding with woody, vanilla notes from the oak. The wood also tends to mellow the 10% ABV of Burton, so tread cautiously!
Barrel-Aged Series Special Release - Barrel Runner - Mosaic Hopped Imperial IPA aged in Rum Barrels Inspiration for our barrel-aged beers can come from the most unexpected places and our latest release is proof of that. While most lagers give away most of their taste profile in the front of the mouth, Pilsner Urquell only hints at its flavour there. Instead, it develops you in the middle, followed by a refreshing, clean finish and balanced aftertaste, practically inviting you to have another. It is called the "model of meter" among beers. All other pilsners are a better or worse attempt to copy the original - the first ever Pilsner Urquell. Its unparalleled exceptionality is guaranteed by the same recipe dating from 1842.
“Helles” means “pale in color,” as these beers are often golden. The German-style Helles lager is a bit rounder or fuller-bodied than light lager and even all-malt pilsners. Helles lager beers offer a touch of sweetness that balance a measurable addition of spicy German hop flavor and light bitterness.
Special Release version featuring Amarillo Hops. With Blondes Make Me Hoppy, we wanted a light beer we could go to the beach with (since Jupiter’s right on the beach), have a few throughout the day and not get too messed up. But we also wanted it to be flavorful, so that’s where this light, blonde ale slammed with hops came in.

Trigo - Hoppy Wheat Lager We’re strong believers that the only thing better than brewing beer is brewing beer with friends. We worked with our pals at Mahou San Miguel to bring the recipe for Trigo (Spanish for ‘wheat’) to life. They brought their lager-brewing expertise and we brought our hopping expertise. The result is a clean and crisp wheat lager with big, American-hopped aromatics. Salud!
Smooth medium bodied. Caramel aroma and flavors with minimal bitterness leaving it a crisp and clean beer.
Brown Shugga...How come you taste so good? Originally a failed attempt at our 1997 batch of Olde GnarlyWine Ale resulting in an all-new-beer-style we like to call... Irresponsible. We believe this Special Ale is something unique. Feeding brown cane sugar to otherwise cultured brewery yeast is a'kin to feeding raw shark to your gerbil. It is unlikely to ever occur in nature without human intervention. And it looks weird besides. But it has happened and now it's too late.
Dry-hopped American Pale Ale made using a secret selection of hops to give this nice dry beer a lemon/lime aroma and citrus & slight tropical fruit flavor. Although this brew Hits the classification of an APA, it drinks like a session IPA perfect for a day on the boat fishing the reef. Reef Donkey is slang for the Greater Amberjack gamefish which inhabit our coastal wrecks and reefs.
Our pale ale brewed with Pennsylvania spruce tips. A spruce-infused pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel-suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the backcountry of north-central PA. Brewed in collaboration with family-run outdoor clothing company Woolrich, Pennsylvania Tuxedo is a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. We went into the forests of north-central Pennsylvania and Georgetown, Del., to pick these fresh tips ourselves. A dry yet doughy malt backbone lets the hops and spruce shine while still balancing out the bitterness, making this one an easy sipper.
A psychedelic pale ale brewed with granola, honey & all-American hops There was something different about a Grateful Dead show. Whether you saw one or 100, you felt it, but you knew it wouldn't last forever. If only you could have bottled it.... American Beauty, a pale ale inspired by the Grateful Dead, captures the spirit of the band's 30 years of touring and recording. Dogfish Head and the Dead both built their followings by connecting directly with beer lovers and music lovers, so when we first started this collaboration (back in 2013), we asked those loyal fans to help drive the recipe. After receiving more than 1,500 ingredient suggestions, granola was tops. It was the main course in millions of parking lot meals and is a sweet and toasty complement to the barley, succulent wildflower honey and all-American hops.
Ruthlessly Delicious - This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again. Now stop. Think again. And stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you're on.
A citra-hopped mega ale of intergalactic proportions This out-of-this-world ale is a galactic blast from the glass, a Citrus supernova in the sky, jettisoning lupulin lusciousness through the cosmos and cross the universe of your palate. Enter its bitter orbit and we'll all float on, okay? Cheers!

This is our second iteration of this emerging IPA style known for being bone-dry yet fruity with our buds from Siren Craft Brew and Slim Pickens. Brewed with 100% Pilsner Malt base, Citra and Centennial hops and fresh Fallglo tangerine juice and zest from Indian River Packers.
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with propriety natural hemp flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
Support for those impacted by the Camp Fire Butte County roots run deep. Forested hills, winding rivers, towering pines, mighty oaks, and even mightier people—it’s our home. This smooth, full bodied West Coast style IPA is dry hopped with a hefty amount of Organic Cascade hops to deliver a zesty citrusy aroma. It’s certainly easier to drink than to drive I-4.
An honest to goodness India Pale Ale brewed with a bevy of real citrus. Flesh & Blood began with a ton of real citrus including lemon flesh and blood orange juice (hence the name) plus orange and lemon peel. Then the brewers began searching for the perfect combination of hops to perfectly complement the citrus flavors. After trialing number of different hops one-by-one, they emerged with Warrior and Centennial. So what does this focus on simple, pure unadulterated fruit mean in terms of the aromatics and flavors in this beer? Flesh & Blood balances the resinous hoppy characteristics of an American IPA with the explosive zesty fruitiness and subtle drying tartness of citrus to deliver a highly quaffable ale that’s incredibly unique and lovely to down the whole year round.
