Daisy Cutter Union is a cultural nod to Firestone Walker Brewing's Union Jack while the beer, as beers should, employs some new tools to make age-old wonders. We give you West Coast IPA with Krush and HQG #4, some of earth’s fresh hop arrivals. Enjoyably taking down this beer, I’m getting so much of what got me into beer. A bitter and delightful resin you just don’t find in other places. Stone fruit, light berry and some big-billboard modern qualities, but it falls away and lands clean, airy and classic. We don’t touch Daisy Cutter often – it is sacred for us – but this carries the mantle.

  **FAMILY FRIENDLY - NON-ALCOHOLIC** Named the LP after the vinyl record industry’s “Long Play,” we adopted it to mean “Long Process” and is a special blend of coffees roasted in Stuart, Florida and made into the freshest cold brew coffee available on the Treasure Coast.  Although the taste is slightly sweet, there are no flavors added other than the natural flavors of the beans used in the cold brew.  Steeped for 15 hours and infused with nitrogen which lends a nice creamy and full body with notes of milk chocolate and cashew flavors. Non-Alcoholic but highly addictive!
